Cancellation Policy
In an effort to provide the highest level of customer service and maximize availability to every client, please read our policy regarding reservation cancellations.
• Reservations for 2 hours or less require a 24 hour notice
• Reservations for more than 2 hours of service require a 48 hour notice
Unfortunately, if a cancellation occurs outside these parameters, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
